Cracking the Defect Code /new paper/
August 12, 2026We are pleased to share a new scientific publication in PRX Energy that advances the understanding of defect-related losses in perovskite solar cells. The study investigates how shallow defects and interfacial recombination affect the performance of triple-cation lead-halide perovskites and demonstrates how these losses can be reduced through interfacial passivation strategies.
The findings provide valuable insights into charge recombination mechanisms and contribute to the development of more efficient and reliable perovskite photovoltaic technologies.
